Thumbplug TGA is a Windows Explorer add-on that supports the TGA (Targa) file format. This format is relatively rare, as it can store images in any direction (e.g. right to left, bottom to top, top to bottom, left to right) and supports 15 and 16 bit pixels. However, in my experience, I have only ever seen TGA files stored in a bottom to top, left to right orientation and have never used or seen any other options. Therefore, these other formats are not supported in this plug-in.
